The Division of Economic & Workforce Development provides site selection assistance by identifying potential properties to meet the needs of the project and client for industrial and commercial sites. We maintain a database of available inventory, which includes five industrial parks in the county. All of our parks are complete with all utilities and ready access to major highways, including Interstate 59/20. Three of our parks in the City of Livingston have been certified “Fiber Ready” by AT&T; and our site located at Port Epes on the Tennessee-Tombigbee River is in process of being made ‘fiber ready.”
